How does the 14-day free trial work?
Every new account starts with 14 days of the full product — all iCal integrations, the marketplace, the booking form and customer portal, and Stripe payments. Pick a plan when the trial ends; if FlowSTR isn't for you, walk away and owe nothing.
What counts as a user?
Anyone you invite to your organization with their own login — owners, admins, office staff, crew members. Starter includes 2, Pro includes 5, Business is unlimited.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month — no contracts, no setup fees, cancel whenever you like.
Do providers need a plan to bid?
Yes — bidding happens from a FlowSTR account, and every organization, property manager or provider, picks a plan after its 14-day free trial.
How fast do payouts arrive?
Payouts run on Stripe's standard schedule — typically two business days after the payment — straight to your connected bank account.
